SAG WINNERS!!

Performance by a cast in a motion picture: No Country For Old Men

the only one that really deserved it (though Hairspray would've been tolerable).

Performance by a Male Actor in a Leading Role: Daniel Day-Lewis - There Will Be Blood

there will be an Oscar.

Performance by a Female Actor in a Leading Role: Julie Christie - Away From Her

I can only hope that she loses the Oscar....and what was with her acceptance speech? She almost walked off stage without her award...

Performance by a Male Actor in a Supporting Role: Javier Bardem - No Country for Old Men

I don't care if this is his 475th award. He's deserved all of them.

Performance by a Female Actor in a Supporting Role: Ruby Dee - American Gangster

NONONONONONOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

Performance by an Ensemble in a Comedy TV Series: The Office

as much as I adore The Office, 30Rock deserved this hands down.

Performance by an Ensemble in a Drama TV Series: The Sopranos

oh come on, was anyone actually surprised?

Performance by a Male Actor in a Comedy Series: Alec Baldwin - 30Rock

yes!!

Performance by a Female Actor in a Comedy Series: Tina Fey - 30Rock

take that Ugly Betty. One of the most deserved wins of the night.

Performance by a Male Actor in a Drama Series: James Gandolfini - The Sopranos
Performance by a Female Actor in a Drama Series: Edie Falco - The Sopranos
Performance by a Male Actor in a TV Movie or Miniseries: Kevin Kline - As You Like It
Performance by a Female Actor in a TV Movie or Miniseries: Queen Latifah - Life Support

Debra Messing is never winning an award in her entire life....

OTHER THOUGHTS:
- What was going on with Mickey Rooney? He went out to present an award and starting doing some long winded monologue. Maybe there's a reason Queen Latifah missed the ceremony (I wouldn't want him to present an award to me either...).

- Tilda Swinton needs a makeover. She looked like a lesbian alien.

- Daniel Day-Lewis may in fact be Jesus (great acceptance speech by the way).

- chewing gum is a sure fire way to lose an award (I'm looking at you Casey Affleck).

- after watching Kate Hudson and Matthew McConaughey present together, I'm convinced that starring in a movie with Matthew McConaughey makes you lose brain cells and become less talented.

- Ruby Dee's win is just further proof against the use of affirmative action

- I think everyone's confusing Julie Christie with Helen Mirren. Christie ALREADY HAS AN OSCAR. STOP GIVING HER AWARDS BECAUSE SHE GAVE A DECENT PERFORMANCE AND SHE'S OLD.
