Best Film: No Country for Old Men/Miramax & Paramount Vantage

Best Director: Joel Coen and Ethan Coen (No Country for Old Men)

about time. The film now has 3 (or is it 4?) critics awards, but the Coens were lagging in recognition for their superb direction.

Best Actor: George Clooney (Michael Clayton)

Best Actress: Julie Christie (Away From Her)

so that's Christie 3 vs. Cotillard 2

Best Ensemble: No Country for Old Men/Miramax & Paramount Vantage

Best Supporting Actor: Javier Bardem (No Country for Old Men)

Best Supporting Actress: Amy Ryan (Gone Baby Gone)
