Trailer for"Waltz With Bashir"
This reminds me a lot of Persepolis, but it also looks much grittier and more realistic. If the trailer is any indication, then WALL-E finally has a strong competitor for Best Animated Film.
I am very curious how this one will turn out to be. It might be a stylistical rip-off from Persepois and nothing else. Or it might be something excitingly fresh and new. I don't see anything in between possible for this one.
